With over four decades of proven excellence in multimodal logistics, we have established deep roots in the Indian subcontinent and a growing presence across global markets.

In 2023, we entered a new phase of growth when we were acquired by GC Logistics (India) Pvt. Ltd, the Indian arm of a diversified Oman-based promoter group with interests in Oil & Gas, Shipping & Logistics, Manufacturing, and Healthcare. This acquisition has positioned St. John for accelerated innovation, global integration, and strategic expansion.
